How To Add Your Digital Planner To The Note-Taking App?

For this tutorial we’ll be importing a digital planner to Noteshelf.

You can import it to your preferred PDF annotation app.

Importing Document:

  1. Click on the link to start the download
  2. In the browser click on the ‘share’ icon
  3. Click on ‘Open in Noteshelf’
  4. Click ‘Done’
  5. Open Noteshelf. You’ll find the planner in your Noteshelf dashboard.

HOW TO CHANGE THE COVER OF YOUR DIGITAL PLANNER OR DIGITAL NOTEBOOK

Here’s how you can change the cover of your documents inside Noteshelf using an iPad.

Importing Document:

  1. Click on the link to start the download
  2. Open your ‘Downloads’ folder and find the zip file
  3. Click on the zip file to extract the items
  4. Once extracted you’ll find all the digital covers inside the folders
  5. Click on the cover you want to use
  6. On the top right click on the ‘Share’ icon and save the images to your photo folder
  7. Open Noteshelf and go back to the dashboard
  8. Tap and hold the cover of the planner you wish to change the cover until an extra menu appears
  9. Select ‘Change Cover’
  10. Click ‘Custom’ and then the ‘Add image’ button to select an image
  11. Find your cover image inside your ‘Photos’ folder and click on it
  12. Give your cover a name
  13. Click on the cover image and it will change the cover of the file in the dashboard
  14. You can also rename your file by tapping and holding on the cover until the extra menu appears, then click ‘Rename’ to give your planner another name.

How To add Stickers To Your Digital Planner

In this tutorial I’ll demonstrate how to add stickers to a digital planner in Noteshelf. You can use the application of your choice for digital planning. Use the same method to add inserts.

Importing Document:

  1. Click on the link to start the download
  2. Open your ‘Downloads’ folder and find the zip file
  3. Click on the zip file to extract the items
  4. Once extracted you’ll find all the digital stickers inside the folders
  5. Click on the cover you want to use
  6. On the top right click on the ‘Share’ icon and save the images to your photo folder
  7. Swipe from the bottom of the iPad screen to show the iPad Dock. Tap and hold Noteshelf icon and drop it on the side of the screen to start split view
  8. Drag and drop the stickers you want from the Sticker folder to the planner
  9. Once you’re done just swipe to the right to bring Noteshelf to full screen
  10. With the lasso tool you can resize, crop and move the sticker anywhere inside the planner.

Now, it’s time to have fun with digital planners and stickers.
